Episode 22 with Louise Dalton

This month we are delighted to welcome Louise Dalton to our podcast. Louise has been at CMS for over 14 years and has been a Partner for the last 4 and a half years, focussing on clean energy and leads CMS’s flexibility, energy storage and EV initiatives.

Louise has had 2 children who are now 5 years old and 9 months so is very much in the trenches with us. We are really interested to explore her work and life journey, particularly given her promotion to Partner nearly coincided with the birth of her first child.
